The numbers, unfiltered

Everything on this page comes straight out of my own platform: the same numbers I train by. They update automatically, they're shown with context, and they stay up even in the weeks where they're not flattering. That's the deal.

About this data

Where it comes from. Heart rate, sleep and training sessions are recorded by my sports watch and synced daily. Glucose comes from a continuous glucose monitor on my arm, flowing through my DIY closed loop. Everything lands in one database (Central Command, the personal platform I built) and this page reads from the same source my own training decisions do.

What's aggregated. To keep this readable (and my medical detail mine), the site publishes daily and weekly summaries (averages, totals and percentages), never raw streams. Each chart states its own aggregation.

What I deliberately don't publish. The live glucose feed and insulin dosing stay private: a real-time picture of my body is different from a trend. My full lab panel, though, is public on the bloodwork page, values and all. Transparency has edges, and I've chosen to put most of the numbers inside them.

Freshness. Each chart shows the date of its last data point. If it lags a few days, the most likely explanation is boring: a watch that hasn't synced.

One athlete, not a study. These are the real numbers of a single person with Type 1 diabetes and a treated thyroid condition. They're shared for transparency and storytelling, not as targets, benchmarks or medical advice.
